I love the fact that this is cloud-based and so you can access it from anywhere and don't have to worry about backing up, etc. It is also very reasonably priced and yet it is very powerful software that is always adding features and listening to their users' feedback with regard to what new features to add. I have to say their customer support is second to none as well. They respond so quickly and get any problems sorted almost instantly. Very happy with this software.

You've got a great product! The strengths of it for me are the flexibility. Having something that is ultimately as flexible as it is, is its strength because I feel that I can customise it to do exactly what we need it to do.

You know, the reporting is very strong. The marketing side of it is very strong. One very important thing that I've managed to do is a combination of tags and tasks, which is that I've made a patient tracker. And you need a patient tracker for the CQC. You can actually demonstrate that you're tracking patients right through their treatment pathway. And that's been brilliant because we've managed to get rid of a lot of paper forms. We can run a report very easily that shows us where our patients are.

The best booking system if you have more than one employee. The support provided was great. Platform offers a bunch of customised features. Could be not as competitive as other similar products however, does offer more overall.
